Terms of Service
Last updated September 21, 2026
These terms apply to the KnitHub app and website, operated by Sofia Levin. By using KnitHub, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you obtain the app through the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
What KnitHub provides
KnitHub offers knitting tools, personal technique and project organization, reference information, and optional connections to other services. Calculations, measurements, and reference material are aids for your work; check them against your pattern, materials, and gauge before relying on them. Features may change as the app develops.
Free access, trial, and Premium
KnitHub includes free features. New installations currently receive 14 days of access to Premium features within the app. When that period ends, free features remain available. Premium access may be offered as a monthly or annual subscription or a lifetime purchase. The price, billing period, and available options are shown in the app before you buy.
Apple handles payment, billing, and refunds under its terms. An auto-renewing subscription continues until canceled through your Apple account; canceling takes effect according to Apple’s billing rules. A lifetime purchase grants access to the Premium features offered under that purchase for as long as KnitHub is available, subject to these terms and applicable law. You can restore eligible purchases in the app.
Your content
You retain ownership of the projects, notes, images, and documents you add. You are responsible for having the rights to use any content you import or save. Keep your own backup of material that matters to you. iCloud sync and device storage depend on Apple services and your settings, and may occasionally be unavailable.
Ravelry and other services
Connecting a Ravelry account is optional. KnitHub is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ravelry LLC. Your use of Ravelry remains subject to Ravelry’s terms. Apple provides App Store purchases and iCloud; service availability and account rules are controlled by those providers. KnitHub may be affected if a third-party service changes or becomes unavailable.
Acceptable use
Use KnitHub lawfully and respect the rights of pattern designers and other creators. Do not use the app or website to interfere with their operation or with anyone else’s access to a connected service.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep KnitHub useful, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every result will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, KnitHub is provided as available, without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law. Liability is limited only to the extent applicable law permits.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. The date above will show the latest revision. Questions can be sent to feedback@knithub.com.
